Meet Andrew
Andrew started his chef career 20 years ago at Royal Holloway University Of London and during his time there he specialised in their conference and banqueting and Fine Dining as well as feeding 300 hungry students a day.

He has a wealth of catering experience under his belt having worked at Tapas Bars, Modern Bistros and Restaurants not to mention also feeding clients at in the air whilst working for Japan and Singapore Airlines 1st class learning the art of specialised dishes from skilled native chefs.

Andrew has also worked in the corporate sector at many top blue chip company headquarters having previously worked as a Head Chef for Samsung, Bupa and Gartner running coffee shops, staff restaurants, corporate hospitality and directors dining.

Andrew started Pimento Catering in 2007 in Surrey with his Wife Dawn and they quickly became one of the most recognised catering businesses in the area specialising in corporate events, film shoots and market research. Due to the demand and raising a young family, they moved to the Deal, Kent seaside for a better quality of life for the children and support from family to continue their business.

Pimento Catering is a modern catering company with exciting ideas. We specialise in catering for social and corporate events, including weddings, product launches, canapé parties and private dining. We also offer catering to businesses with a fully comprehensive buffet lunch menu.

Unlike many caterers, we make everything we serve. From chutneys and salsas to pastry and sauces, nothing comes out of a packet. We understand that the basis for good food is good ingredients and take care to establish the provenance of all our ingredients to ensure the food we create is produced from the best ingredients available.
